
Big Muddy Dance Company: Invigorate
The Big Muddy Dance Company presents ”Invigorate,” a concert of new and classic dance works.
A St. Louis-based dance company that consists of 14 highly trained dancers who entertain, enrich and challenge audiences of all ages with their technique, athleticism and style. The company's repertoire includes an eclectic mix of jazz, Broadway and contemporary styles of dance.
Attend, one, two or all three performances. Each evening promises to be filled with choreography by some of the best artists from St Louis and around the nation. Within the three evenings, The Big Muddy will present the following dance works:
A new work (not yet titled), by choreographer Lauri Stallings, whose bio includes setting works on Atlanta Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and more.
A new work (not yet titled), by choreographer, Kameron Saunders, an up-and-coming St Louis choreographer.
The company’s premiere of “Georgia," choreographed by Lou Conte, founder of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
"The Beat," an original work set by choreographers Kirven Boyd and Antonio Douthit from New York City.
“Nothing Changes," an original work by choreographer Brandon DiCriscio, a Chicago based artist.
“Group Therapy," by choreographer Harrison McEldowney.
“The ‘40s," by choreographer Lou Conte.
“Moments” and “A Fragile Heaviness," by choreographer Kameron Saunders.
“Punctuations," by choreographer, Sam Watson.
