The Touhill staff and volunteer guild are dedicated to an outstanding patron experience for everyone. If you need assistance for any reason, please locate an usher – easily identifiable in a red coat – or staff member. We will do everything we can to help.
Please advise the ticket seller prior to purchase when special seating is required.
Ticket sellers will help you purchase seats in the Hall accessible by wheelchair and/or without stairs.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available at Main and West entrances of the facility.
Personal Amplified Listener (PAL)
Don’t miss a note or a word at the Touhill Performing Arts Center. Our state-of-the-art Infraports are lightweight, comfortable and easy to wear. PAL hearing augmentation headsets are available free to patrons at the Touhill’s two coat checks.
Accessible Parking Spaces
Dedicated handicapped parking is available in Lot E and Lot K. Simply follow the directions to these parking lots and follow the signs.
Elevators are located throughout the building.
Please ask an usher to help direct you to the closest available elevator.
