Ticket Policies
Ticket Office Hours: Monday – Friday 10a-6p and at least 3 hours prior to performances. Ticket Office will remain open through the first intermission. When there is no intermission, the ticket office closes 30 minutes after performance start time. Ticket Office Phone number: 314-516-4949 or 866-516-4949.
All tickets purchased over the phone or online must be charged to MasterCard, Visa or Discover; tickets will not be held without payment.
Checks may be made payable to the University of Missouri St. Louis or UMSL. A driver’s license or state ID must be shown to pay by check.
All Sales are final. No refunds. Non Choose Your Own subscribers may exchange within the same show or run of shows. Each ticket exchanged will be subject to a $2 fee. Friends of the Touhill & Choose Your Own patrons may exchange within any Touhill or Partner presented performance with no exchange fee. Patrons are responsible for any difference between the time and zone pricing. However, there are no refunds for the price difference. Ticket exchanges may be made in person at the Ticket Office, by phone or by mail; in either case tickets previously purchased must be returned before new tickets will be released.
Tickets may be returned as a tax-deductible contribution to the BMTPAC. This must done by the show time printed on the tickets. A receipt for the donation will be issued.
All tickets purchased via mail or phone will be mailed. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. All tickets purchased less than seven days prior to the performance will be held at will call. Patrons must present a photo ID when picking up tickets.
As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a young child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. All persons, regardless of age must have a ticket for admission. Nursing infants will receive a door pass for admission.
A current address and phone number are required when purchasing a ticket. It is needed to verify payment. If this information is not provided at time of sale no reprints are allowed & you waive your right to be notified of performance changes.
Advise ticket seller prior to purchasing tickets when special seating is required (wheelchair, no stairs, etc.).
Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced by calling the Ticket Office. The reprinted tickets will override the original tickets; an I.D. will be required to pick up reprinted tickets. Reprinted tickets may be picked up one hour prior to performance. No reprints will be mailed.
$3.00 handling fee per ticket is added for phone, mail, and internet orders (total amount not printed on ticket)
$1.00 handling fee per ticket is added for choose your own & group orders of 20 or more.
$2.00 handling fee for any single ticket exchanges by non-choose your own subscribers.All service fees are non-refundable. In the case of a show cancellation only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Patrons wishing to be seated together must order at the same time. Please see Group Tickets information for availability and discounts.
Area students, seniors, UMSL employees and alumni benefit from discounted ticket prices to many performances at the Touhill. Please contact the ticket office for a list of available discounts. UMSL Students, employees & alumni must present a current I.D. when requesting discounts. Discounts may not be combined.
